Someone put googly eyes on one of the Gen Con promotional posters, which I thought was pretty funny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And it made me remember this Oglaf comic, which I’m not linking to because these are probably the only safe for work frames of the whole thing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seriously, it’s a funny comic, but amazingly<\/strong> not safe for work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’ve never played Final Girl, but as I understand it it’s a horror movie game with a bunch<\/strong> of different settings or playsets or something, one of which apparently involves dinosaurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Dungeon Crawler Carl RPG came out, and was very popular, from what I could tell from Facebook\/Reddit\/Discord.
I’ve not read the novels ( a friend who has read & enjoyed them described them as “entertaining pulp” & wasn’t sure why they became so popular ) and hadn’t even heard of it, so was in a similar state of “What The Hell” when every second post was about the game, or the books.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

( Though I have played stuff using the Cypher system – No idea whether the art there is for a specific thing, or it was just some fun art <\/em>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
