I’ve seen this ribbon around, though I’ve not yet found who’s distributing them; Looks like somebody discarded this one, or maybe it just lost its stick, so I took a photo

There is a fanzine zone just outside the vendor booth and fan tables area, so I spent some time there and read a few things.
