Some Post-Christmas Photos

There’s not much to say about the last few days, I don’t think. I read a lot, in a variety of locations. I wrote a bit, because my creative brain seems to be slowing coming back on-line. I enjoyed being in a very different place, and I wandered down streets just to see where they went.

I’d looked up a couple of places where some form of Christmas Stuff would be happening, though in the end didn’t go to them because it just didn’t seem that important. I wandered past a day later, out of curiosity, and … I don’t think I missed much?

The Irish Pub actually looked worse. Very ‘traditional’ looking thing, off an empty-in-the-daytime market area, with some frankly horrifying prices; Very much looked like they were attempting to shut out the entirety of Thailand.

Wandering randomly around the Old City means you see all sorts of things. Like this (closed) pub.

I’d wondered if it was an Un-Irish pub, but apparently it’s U.N. Irish Pub. And a pretty good pub.
Though this is a worryingly twee mural in the alleyway beside it. It’s a sports bar, you see
